Receipts-

Our return policy is a Boutique standard among small businesses in and around town. We offer exchanges or in store credits within 14 days of purchase w/ receipt when items are brought back clean, unworn, unwashed and in original condition. Since we updated our policy, we have been diligent to inspect clothing before it leaves the store insuring that it is in excellent condition. If there is an item that has a manufacturer flaw, No Problem! we will replace it for you or put the balance on a Gift Card! Final sales items are items on sale for 30% or greater. Gift receipts during the holiday are extended until January 7th for an exchange or gift card. Artisan jewlery We carry hand crafted jewelry from in and around the PNW! Jewelry made from artists hands require a fine handling when wearing and storing your piece of art. If you are having an issue with the jewelry, we recommend contacting the Artist or we can do that for you. Please note that some artists use brass, copper, gold overlay or surgical steel. We don’t accept pieces made with nickle. If you have an allergy and to make sure you don’t have a reaction, I would contact the Artist and personally ask what the piece is made of. They would be happy to help! Sometimes metals can change and we may not be notified.

Because we are a store in the downtown area, theft is common. We need to have the exchanged item accompanied with a receipt. We also notice that folks are using the hand wash cycle on clothes rather than hand washing them. These two systems are different as the machine tends to over wash delicate items, not to mention wash machines can snag clothes made of fine fabrics. Manufacturers recommend washing tops and fine fabrics inside out. We trust that when you bring your items home, they will be cared for as we cared for them.  Because we are small, we don't have a warehouse to send our returns and can be a costly endeavor for both the merchant and customer.
